Microsoft Power BI Reporting Solution
The client is a Canadian farming, distribution, and marketing company, now expanded into a global operation with its production farms and packing facilities. They engage Veelead Solutions to improve the reporting process. Customer used SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) for reporting services which need large manual efforts for analysis and generation of reports. The existing system, SSRS, was static and did not provide the functionality to drill down, drill through, and detailed analysis. We recommended Microsoft Power BI solution which provides advanced reporting with rich graphical components and that can seamlessly deal with both structured and unstructured data. Our Microsoft Power BI consultants at Veelead Solutions delivered a strategic Power BI solution to entirely match the client’s requirements and to overcome their business challenges. Now the client enjoys faster performance as compared to the former solution, user-friendly report creation and multi-perspective view of data.

Document Management Solution
Major arms manufacturers in the United States used outdated legacy systems that still relied on unsupported software to manage their ISO documents. They used to work on HTML-based sites that hindered critical document handling capabilities due to low performance and usability issues. Once they reached us, we recommended Microsoft SharePoint to deliver a more flexible, fast and user-friendly document management system. ISO document management portal was designed to perfection using Microsoft Office 365 with utmost emphasis on compliance and security and then migrated their documents from their legacy HTML systems to SharePoint. We used Microsoft Power Automate for their workflow automation tags and tracked the documents through their approval and also took care of publishing for the viewership of their end-users. We created a document management system with a smart enterprise document management policy to improve employee productivity and document processing.

Microsoft 365 Implementation And Intranet development
An established non-profit organization, currently operating in more than 40 countries which provides resource mobilization and raises funds. They do not hold the capability to deploy, care for, and manage their resources in the field and are not able to establish a consolidated presence with a common IT platform within their business. They were searching for a convenient solution that will allow various types of collaborative efforts between the organisation and their members themselves. Data Migration from SharePoint 2010 to Office 365
One of the World’s leading food industries worked with Veelead Solutions to migrate their operations from SharePoint Server 2010 to Office 365 to manage operations on the cloud. The client wanted to move their data, including documents, files and metadata, from their internal server to the cloud with the same security groups and permission models in place for their new Office 365 solution. Our team made use of the Sharegate migration tool to create multiple pivot migrations to test the integrity of the data before and after the transfer. Less than 15 days, our expertise in data migration allowed us to conceive of a method that is simple, fast and reliable enough to ensure that the data, multimedia content, metadata, permissions and security groups were migrated to Office 365 without a lapse. Without any downtime or interruptions to the client’s regular operations, the solution was deployed on the customer’s Office 365 account.

A US-based group of companies performing a variety of industries including retail, eCommerce and hospitality approached Veelead Solutions for a comprehensive solution encompassing efficient customer and operations management. Each company is managed and operated by the Customer separately, here the main challenge is to centralize real-time data flows. One of the leading Construction Companies in the United States engages Veelead Solutions for SharePoint workflow automation solution and to benefit from automated business processes. The client, with 500+ employees located in different regions, realized that tender management was becoming frustrating due to the time it consumed in manual scrutiny. Also, the document approvals consume a large amount of time and manual effort which affects the on-time project execution and delivery. Client looking for a powerful business process automation solution to automate its tender management and document approval process to cut down the turnaround time, increase employee productivity and automate repetitive processes. Our SharePoint developers & consultants with profound expertise in Microsoft Power Automate analyzed the customer requirements and developed SharePoint document approval workflow. The Customer is a US-based healthcare service provider delivers inpatient and ambulatory services. Customer looking for a healthcare CRM to focus on improving patient communication, experience and satisfaction by tracking appointments and wanted to collect patient feedback via customizable surveys to ensure high-quality care delivery. Veelead Solutions created a customized healthcare CRM system with SharePoint patient experience surveys that includes patient entry, staff entry and appointment entry. We integrated it with the Customer’s EHR and PMS which made the new patient, appointment or staff entries automatically appear in the CRM system. Our customer enjoys the new healthcare CRM system that helps scheduling and tracking interaction with patients, sending automated notifications for important events and asking patients for feedback with customized surveys.
